About Yoga Instructor Hayley

Though Hayley has been teaching Yoga for the last 2 years, her discipline started when she met her first Kundalini Yoga teacher. From there on, she went straight into teaching Kundalini Yoga which focuses on the energy centers of the body. Over the years, Hayley has studied different styles of yoga and now integrates elements from each practice in her own class.

Hayley was a gymnast for 12 years, which taught her discipline and focus. Her athletic upbringing educated her on how important exercise is for the human body, while her interest in physical exercise led her to study healing modalities such as Hypnotherapy, Reiki, and ThetaHealing. Hayley understands the mind-body connection and brings this awareness and knowledge into her yoga classes. Her unique combination of yoga instruction coupled with a healing background makes Hayley a teacher who can guide and teach her students in both a spiritual and practical way.
