What is Chakra Awakening?
Chakra Awakening is a yoga and spiritual development program created by Yogi George Stanboulieh which combines physical yogic practice with a intellectual and emotional understanding of the body and chakras (your energy centers) and integrates a holistic nutrition perspective into the sessions.
A journey of self-discovery and emotional healing, the program follows a process of learning, energy purification, and revitalization which includes support materials such as illustrated booklets, chakra charts, guided breathing techniques and nadi cleansing exercises for your energy channels, healing meditations, music for healing and brain sync relaxation, information about the healthy food pyramid and a chakra-specific food and detox plan.

About Founder & Instructor Yogi George
After discovering the Yogic sciences in early 2005 in Syria, Yogi George pursued study of the various yoga practices and disciplines. By integrating practices of pranayama breathing, asana body postures, and meditation with methods of hypnotherapy, natural health, ancient sciences, and energy-healing techniques such as Pranic Healing and Reiki, Yogi George created the holistic practice of Chakra Awakening as part of a pioneering program of yoga and spiritual self-development.
Yogi George also teaches the certified Pranic Healing course while counseling individuals to quit smoking, live holistically and harmonize mind, body, and energy. As part of the Chakra Awakening program, Yogi George conducts a Chakra Healing Basic & Advanced Level as well as a Chakra Awakening Basic & Advanced Level.
