What is Chakra Yoga?
Chakra yoga is a yoga program developed by Yogi George Stanboulieh which combines physical yogic practice with a intellectual and emotional understanding of the body and chakras (your energy centers) and integrates a holistic nutrition perspective into the sessions.
A journey of self-discovery and emotional healing, it involves in particular: learning, energy purification, and revitalization which includes support materials such as chakra charts, breathing, cleansing techniques for your energy channels, meditation, information about the healthy food pyramid and a chakra-specific food and detox plan.

Chakra Yoga Basic Level
Discover Yourself. Develop Your Energy. Awaken Your Consciousness & Master Yourself. A 4-session commitment over a month of 4 hours each. Tuesdays from 6:30pm to 10:30pm.Chaka Yoga is 4-session yoga program (4 hours 1x a week for 4 weeks) of learning, energy purification, and revitalization which includes an special nutrition session with support materials such as a nutrition assessment, information about the healthy food pyramid and a food and detox plan.
In this holistic journey of Self-discovery and Awakening, you will learn:
- about your Chakras (energy centers) + their physical/emotional impacts
- chakra yoga with very simple yet powerful yoga practices
- how to discover your strengths + weaknesses with self-diagnosis tools
You will practice:
- Active and Passive Breathing – powerful breathing techniques to purify and energize your nervous system
- Nadi Cleansing – easy and simple exercises to cleanse the energy channels and keep the body healthy
- Chakra Yoga - simple deep Yoga exercises to develop each chakra
3 sets of Meditations for the development of your chakras- Chakra Active Dancing Meditation – a revolutionary dancing technique for activating the energy centers
