Yogi George Stanboulieh is a founder of “Breathe, Stretch & Relax” Office Yoga and a Pranayama & Hatha Yoga instructor. He promotes yoga and breathing through his organization LivinHarmony and conducts Chakra Yoga classes and personal healing and guidance sessions exclusively at Third Eye.
Yogi George was first introduced to the Yogic sciences in early 2005 in Aleppo, Syria which sparked his interest to pursue this field. In Dubai, he was exposed to various Yoga schools and disciplines such Art of Living, studied pranayama the science of breathing, and attended a 3-day yoga camp with the world-renowned yoga guru Swami Ramdev. To continue his studies, he received certifications in techniques such as Pranic Healing, Feng Shui, and Spiritual Business Management.
Yogi George is also a Microsoft Certified Engineer and worked as a Web Interactive and Social Media Chief at CloudAppers, the web applications development house and social media agency. Working in an agency environment, Yogi George was inspired by his spiritual pursuits to apply the old sciences to our modern world, honoring its essence but translating it into a formula that anyone in the working atmosphere could apply in order to reduce stress and increase mental clarity and productivity. With this in mind, he started conducting weekly sessions at O2 Marketing Communications in early 2008.
Yogi George fine-tuned his sessions to start conducting Office Yoga, a simple yet effective way to Breathe, Stretch and Relax your body during working hours for people who work for extended time on their desks behind computers and forget the comfort of their bodies, in various corporate companies such as Aswaaq Community Center and CENTIMETERCUBE – a member of Mohammed Bin Rashid Establishment for Young Business Leaders.
Yogi George believes that you can use your breathing patterns as a quick and efficient tool for stress relief. It is the most potent of all the stress management techniques as your breathing patterns control your emotional state. Knowledge and understanding of the chakras, kundalini, and energy body is the key to staying healthy and stress-free, and George has dedicated his life to disseminating this knowledge.
