Did you know that we all carry parasites, bacteria and fungus in our body? this is what makes us sick! It is so important to do cleanses for our body, at least 1-2x a year just to keep healthy. Cancer often starts in our body when we are highly acidic because of the food we eat such as meat, dairy, and coffee. Therefore, if we cleanse our body and eat healthy so that our pH level is alkaline, we are less likely to get sick.

Our bones are our support system and our connection to God. We draw strength from the Creator, but we can only do that when we feel connected. It is this connection that ThetaHealing fosters.

Happiness is... balanced hormones. When we feel out of balance, our hormones are imbalanced. Our moods, our emotions and even our sleep and appetite is governed by our hormones. Keep the hormones happy and the body is happy.

Often we cannot digest what is happening in our lives and that is where the problems start with the digestive system. We feel out of control, unloved, and unsafe. We need to release old emotions and experiences of pain and trauma in the digestive system in order to be free.

When we carry resentments from our past, especially our childhood, it becomes difficult for us to breathe easily. Life becomes more difficult in the challenges we face and we cannot cope as effectively as we previously did. We need to forgive and let go of our past in order to create a better today and tomorrow.

These systems are all about giving and receiving love. When we are unable to do that, then we get angry, carry hate, and end up with heart problems. Our blood communicates with the entire body so smooth communication in our lives means that our cells are getting what they need.

Our lymphatic system is our waste pipeline. We need to move and exercise in order to get rid of all the toxins that run through this system. We can also do the Apple Cider cleanse to cleanse our lymphatic system.

When we cannot let go, our excretory system is not functioning properly. We store all kinds of things in our Sexual System including our issues with pain and pleasure, fertility, creativity, and even abuse.

The muscles need to be loved and pampered, which is why a good massage can help our muscular health. Our muscles also carry memories of any accidents and injuries in them.

Our nervous system is our communication with the outside world. It tells us we exist and gives us the experience of life.

The Skin is our defense system. When we have any kind of skin issues, we probably are having issues feeling safe or protected.

The eyes hold our truth, our deepest sorrows and grief. We may also have difficulty seeing things through the right perspective or we might be afraid of our future. Eye issues can also come from past lives and they can be healed as well.

Our brains are magnificent…but our brains can be imbalanced between our Left and Right side, our logical analytical side vs our creative spiritual side. We must aim for balance in our lives.

Sometimes we go deaf because there are things we no longer want to hear. Our ears are about confidentiality and sacredness.

Our bodies are God's greatest gift for us. Unfortunately, we have forgotten how to take care of our bodies in the right way. We may eat unhealthy and not exercise, but worse is that we store all our negative emotions and leave them inside us to eventually make us sick. We MUST learn to release negative emotions from out body and care for it as a priority because it is our body that stays with us during our lifetime and when it fails, we cease to exist.
