What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese stress-reduction and relaxation technique that also promotes healing. It is given by “laying on hands” and is built on the notion that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what keeps us alive.
Reiki is a very loving, natural, and gentle form of spiritual energy healing. Reiki heals your body, emotions, mind and soul as it balances, cleanses, and aligns your chakras (energy centers) and your aura. Expect to experience feelings of peace, security, and overall well-being after.

Reiki heals by directing positive energy through the affected areas of the energy field. It raises the vibratory level of the energy field outside the physical body, which is associated with negative thoughts and feelings.
As a result, the negative energy disintegrates and falls away. Reiki clears, straightens, and heals energy pathways, letting life force flow healthily and naturally.

Reiki is most commonly administered as a hands-on treatment while fully clothed recipients sit or lie down; however, it can also be practiced remotely, also known as remote Reiki, which does not demand recipients to be in the same spot.
In the second level of attunement, Reiki practitioners are discovered to administer long-distance Reiki. Instead of directly transferring Reiki energy through touch, practitioners can move energy into a recipient's spiritual, emotional, mental, and even physical being by using their thoughts and intentions.

For effective results, it is recommended to take 3-4 sessions in the first week of your reiki session. It is important to note that the number of sessions depends on your needs as a client and how long it will take you to recover from treatment.
If you want a reiki session for deep relaxation, one session will suffice, as this will be experienced after one reiki session.
